Return, Exchange & Delivery Policy – OVSEG

At OVSEG – Obsession Vape Store Egypt, customer satisfaction and product authenticity are always our priority.

Since 2014, we have been committed to providing 100% authentic vaping products sourced directly from official brands and authorized distributors.

Due to the nature of vaping products, returns and exchanges are limited and follow the policy below.

Delivery Time

  • Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
  • Other governorates: 2–5 business days depending on location

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or high-demand periods.

Free Delivery

OVSEG offers free delivery on orders above 2500 EGP within Egypt.

Manufacturing Defects Only

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • The product must be returned unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • This policy applies for up to 14 days from the purchase date.

Consumable Products

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged due to their consumable nature:

  • Coils
  • Pods
  • Cartridges
  • E-liquids

The lifespan of these items depends on usage, wattage settings, liquid type, and maintenance habits.

E-Liquids Policy

E-liquids cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase.

  • Flavor preference is subjective and differs from one customer to another.
  • Not liking the flavor does not mean the product is defective.
  • If the seal is opened or broken, the product is non-returnable.

Inspection & Pickup Process

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us through WhatsApp, email, or social media.

Our team will arrange a pickup for inspection.

If a defect is confirmed:

  • OVSEG will cover all shipping and delivery fees.
  • You may choose between a replacement or a refund.

If no defect is found:

  • Shipping and delivery costs will be charged to the customer.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications, compatibility, and usage instructions before placing an order.

OVSEG is not responsible for incorrect purchases resulting from lack of product knowledge or compatibility mistakes.

All product descriptions, specifications, and technical details displayed on our website are provided based on official manufacturer information.

Important Notes

  • Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, liquid leakage, improper charging, or using coils at incorrect wattage.
  • Any product showing signs of use cannot be accepted for return.
  • Opened or used vaping products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
