To ensure fairness and maintain product integrity, our return and exchange policy follows the guidelines below:

Manufacturing Defects Only
  • Returns or exchanges are accepted strictly in cases of manufacturing defects.
  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours from the time you receive your order.
  • Devices covered under this policy must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • This policy applies for up to 14 days from the purchase date.
Consumable Products (Coils, Pods, Cartridges, etc.)

Consumable items cannot be returned or exchanged because:

  • Their lifespan varies based on individual usage, wattage settings, and maintenance habits.
  • They are considered single-use or short-life products, and therefore not eligible for warranty or return unless a clear manufacturing defect is confirmed.
E-Liquids (Salt & Freebase)

E-liquids cannot be returned or replaced after purchase because:

  • Flavor preference is highly subjective from customer to customer.
  • Not liking the flavor does not indicate a product defect.

If the seal is opened or broken, the item is automatically non-returnable.

Reporting & Inspection Process

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect:

  1. Contact us through WhatsApp, email, or our social media pages.
  2. Our team will arrange a pickup of the product for inspection.
  3. If a defect is confirmed:
  • Obsession Vape Store will cover all delivery fees, and
  • You may choose between a replacement or a refund.
  1. If no defect is found:
  • Delivery costs will be charged to the customer.
Customer Responsibility
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications, compatibility, and usage before placing an order.
  • Obsession Vape Store is not liable for incorrect purchases resulting from lack of product knowledge.
  • All product descriptions, specifications, and technical details displayed on our website are provided directly by manufacturers.
Important Notes
  • Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, liquid leakage, improper charging, or running coils at high wattage.
  • Any product showing signs of use cannot be accepted for return.
