This warranty applies exclusively to:

  • Mods
  • Chargers
  • Hardware with electronic or mechanical components

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Disposable vapes
  • E-liquids
  • Pods, coils, or cartridges
  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, improper setup, or lack of product knowledge

If a manufacturing defect is detected within 14 days of receiving your product, please contact us directly and we will replace the defective item free of charge.

 

4. Limitation of Liability

Before purchasing any device or product, OVS strongly recommends reviewing online tutorials and trusted reviews to ensure proper usage and compatibility.

OVS is not liable for:

  • Any damage resulting from improper use or incorrect handling of products
  • Any indirect, special, or consequential damages
  • User error, misuse, or lack of understanding of how a device operates

OVS currently does not ship internationally.

Shipping is currently available within Egypt only.

We are gradually evaluating international markets and will expand once regulations, customs restrictions, and fraud risk assessments allow for safe shipping.
