In case of a confirmed manufacturing defect, OVSEG will cover all shipping and delivery costs for returns or replacements.
Due to the nature of vaping products, returns and exchanges are limited and follow the guidelines below:
1. Delivery Time
Cairo & Giza: Delivery within 1–3 business days
Other Governorates: Delivery within 2–5 business days, depending on location
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.
2. Manufacturing Defects Only
Returns are accepted within 14 days only for verified manufacturing defects.
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
3. Consumable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

E-liquids
These items are consumables whose lifespan depends on usage and care.
4. E-Liquids
E-liquids cannot be returned or exchanged due to flavor preference.
A flavor not matching personal taste does not indicate a defect.
5. Inspection & Pickup Procedure

We will arrange courier pickup to inspect the item.
If a defect is confirmed:
OVSEG covers all delivery and return shipping costs
You may choose a replacement or refund
If no defect is found:
Delivery charges are covered by the customer.
