The Wenax Q Pro features a bright 0.96” color display, adjustable wattage, dual activation modes (button or auto-draw), haptic feedback, lighting effects, and Pod Cartridge Detection, which automatically sets the best wattage for your installed pod.
The top-fill 2ml Q Pods are made from durable PCTG and attach magnetically, providing a smooth, leak-resistant experience. The kit includes both 0.6Ω and 0.8Ω pods to support both RDL and MTL styles.

Other Governorates: 2–5 business days depending on location
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.
2. Manufacturing Defects Only
Returns are accepted within 14 days only for verified manufacturing defects.
Conditions:
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order
Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
3. Consumable Items
The following items cannot be returned due to their consumable nature:

Their lifespan depends on usage and care.
4. E-Liquids Policy
E-liquids cannot be returned or exchanged based on flavor preference.
