Egyptian e-liquid brands now cover every vaping style, from nicotine salt for pod systems to MTL and DL freebase lines. Choosing the right bottle is less about the brand name and more about matching three things: the e-liquid type, the nicotine strength and the device you use. This guide explains each, then lays out what each local brand at OVSEG offers, line by line.
Step 1: Know the Three E-Liquid Types
| Type | Made for | Typical nicotine | Typical VG/PG |
|---|---|---|---|
| Nicotine Salt (SaltNic) | Low-power pod systems, MTL draw | 20–50mg | Often 50VG / 50PG |
| MTL Freebase | Pod systems and MTL devices | 6–18mg | Often 50VG / 50PG |
| DL Freebase | Higher-power DL devices with low-resistance coils | 3–6mg | Higher VG, e.g. 70VG / 30PG |
These are typical ranges. Each brand and flavour lists its own specification on the product page, and that label always takes priority.
Step 2: Match the Strength to the Type
- Salt e-liquids are made in higher strengths because they are designed for low-power devices. In our Egyptian range they come in 30mg/50mg (Vape Station, Sucker Punch, Frisky) or 25mg/50mg (Sprinkles).
- MTL freebase comes in mid strengths such as 6, 9, 12 and 18mg, depending on the brand.
- DL freebase uses low strengths such as 3mg because DL devices produce much more vapour per puff.
- Do not use high-strength salt e-liquid in a high-power DL device. The nicotine strength guide explains why.

Vape Station
The widest local range, with all three types. SaltNic bottles are 30ml at 30 or 50mg and include the Super Ice series; MTL bottles are 60ml at 6–18mg, both at 50VG/50PG; DL e-liquids are 70VG/30PG. Flavours run from fruit and ice to tobacco profiles such as Smoky Nuts.
Sucker Punch
Also covers all three types: Super Cool Salt in 30ml at 30 or 50mg with fruit, soda and candy flavours, MTL in 60ml at 6, 9 or 12mg, and DL at 3mg.
Frisky
Focused on iced profiles: the Remix Ultra Super Iced salt line at 30 or 50mg and Super Cool MTL in 30ml at 9, 12 or 18mg. Frisky also offers ready bundles that pair Remix Cans salt with a pod device.
Sprinkles
MTL in 60ml at 6, 9, 12 or 18mg, from tobacco blends such as Tobacco Butter to fruit and ice flavours, plus salt in 30ml at 25 or 50mg. It is the only brand here with a 25mg salt option.

Which Device Goes With Which E-Liquid?
| Your device / cartridge | Choose | Browse |
|---|---|---|
| Pod system, 1.0–1.2Ω cartridge | Salt e-liquid | Egyptian nicotine salt |
| Pod system, 0.6–0.8Ω cartridge, MTL draw | MTL freebase | Egyptian MTL e-liquid |
| DL device or pod mod, low-resistance coils | DL freebase, low nicotine | Egyptian e-liquid |
Reading the Bottle Before You Buy
- Check the type (Salt / MTL / DL) first; it matters more than the flavour name.
- Check the strength in mg/ml and make sure it matches the type and your device.
- Check the VG/PG ratio: thicker high-VG e-liquids can wick slowly in small MTL cartridges.
- Check the bottle size, since salt usually comes in 30ml and MTL in 60ml.
Availability of each flavour and strength changes with stock; the product page shows what is in stock now. Looking for imported MTL options too? See the MTL e-liquid guide.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between Egyptian salt and MTL e-liquid?
Salt e-liquid uses nicotine salts at higher strengths (for example 30 or 50mg) and is designed for low-power pod systems. MTL freebase uses regular nicotine at mid strengths (for example 6–18mg) and suits MTL pods and devices.
Which Egyptian e-liquid suits a pod system?
It depends on the cartridge. With a 1.0–1.2Ω cartridge, salt e-liquid is the usual choice; with a 0.6–0.8Ω MTL cartridge, MTL freebase works well.
Is Egyptian e-liquid suitable for DL devices?
Yes, if you choose a DL line with low nicotine, such as Vape Station DL (70VG/30PG) or Sucker Punch DL at 3mg.
Which Egyptian brands make all three types?
In our range, Vape Station and Sucker Punch offer salt, MTL and DL lines.
